Gwen woke, screaming, she was sweating profusely, she had tears in her eyes as she struggled to breath.

"hey,hey, it's alright". Lance said as he hugged her tightly, and yes, they had started sharing a room. 

he had been startled by her screams.

"lance i...... ". she trailed as she got choked by her tears. 

"shh...it's alright, it's just a bad dream". he cooed, patting her lovingly. 

"no lance, you don't understand, i.... I...". she muttered in tears. 

"you what, what's wrong". he said, pulling out of the hug to stare at her. 

"i... I...I saw". she stuttered.

"it's alright love, calm down, I'm right here". 

"lance i... I saw you die". she whispered, sobbing really hard. 

"I can't believe that, I can't believe that". She muttered. 

"shh.... it's just a bad dream, nothing's gonna happen to me ok". he cooed, placing a kiss on her forehead. 

"but it felt so real lance, it felt so real". 

"amor, it's just a bad dream". he said, wiping her tears. 

"and besides, who's the strongest alpha here". he smirked, trying to lighten the mood. 

"you don't understand, i.... ".

"no, answer me". he said, raising her chin up to look at him. 

"it's you". she whispered. 

"Very good, nothing's gonna happen to me, and please stop crying , I don't wanna see any tears in those beautiful eyes of yours". he said and Gwen blushed. 

she stared at lance for a whole before bringing her head down and toying with her fingers nervously, suddenly, her body craved for his touch, she didn't wanna wait any longer, she needs him now, yes, she's finally ready, ready to give herself to him. 

"what's wrong my love". Lance said, raising her chin up once more with the tip of his fingers. 

"lance i... ". she Stuttered.

"you what? ".

heaving a deep breath, she finally told him. 

"I want you to mark me". she said, and Lance stared at her in shock. 

"wh.... What? ".

"what, do you have any idea what you're saying". he said, moving away from her a little. 

"yes lance, I do". she frowned. 

"you already explained it to me before, it involves you biting deep into my neck".

"no, I can't do that, you'll feel pain, I can't watch you be In pain". he replied, getting up from the bed. 

"lance... ". She called. 

"no, I won't do it". he refused, turning his back to her. 

Gwen heaved a deep sigh before getting up to meet him. 

"lance". she said, turning him to face her. 

"it's alright, i want this, I'm ready for this". She assured me. 

''Amor, I don't know what will happen if I mark you, I don't know if your body can take it". he replied sadly. 

''because I'm a human". she said, and he looked at her sadly. 

"please lance, mark me".

"you wouldn't let this go right''. he replied, caressing her cheek. 

"yes, I definitely won't".

"amor, are you really ready".

"of course I am, for everything". she blushed and lance immediately understood what she meant. 

"Well then, it's going to be a really long night, don't you think". he smirked. 

"shut up".

"It's your first time, amor". he said, and Gwen blushed, nodding her head positively. 

"you". She said and lance chuckled. 

"you're going to be my first and forever amor". he said, and Gwen felt super happy hearing this.

"what are you waiting for then".

"Kiss me". she said and lance smiled before his lips came crashing down on hers, he carried her in a bridal style and gently laid her on the bed, still kissing her, the kiss was filled with passion and love, truly, it was going to be a really long night. 

Lance made a passionate love to her before marking her, he sucked at the nape of her neck and Gwen moaned in pleasure, he kept on sucking till he found her weak spot, his eyes glowed a bright red as cornor took control. 

"I'm so sorry mate". he whispered before biting deep into her neck. 

Gwen felt his fangs sink deep into her neck, she didn't know it would be this painful as she screamed in pain.

Gwen kept on screaming in pain as she felt his fangs sink deeper into her neck, finally, he pulled out his fangs, he licked the place he had marked her, thereby sealing the mark. 

"I'm so sorry mate". and that was the last thing she heard before slipping into unconsciousness. 

cornor then gave the control back to lance. 

Lance tucked her in before lying beside her, he looked at her face for a while, a smile playing on his lips, truly, she looked beautiful, even in her sleep, now all he prays for, was for her to be okay. 

"please moon goddess, let her be fine". he whispered, placing a kiss on her forehead, pulling her close to him, he then let the sleep take over him.

Gwen woke and was surprised to see herself in the all too familiar place she's seen before. 

"why am I here, where's lance". she thought, getting up from the floor. 

"welcome child". a voice said, and she immediately turned to see the same woman she's seen in her dream before. 

"who are you, why am I here". she questioned, surprisingly, she wasn't scared.

"I've seen you before, you were the same lady in my dream".

"oh child, do not worry, I'll answer all your questions today". she laughed. 

"you're in my world child".

"your world, I don't understand, who are you".

"I am".

"the moon goddess, Celine". she replied and Gwen's jaw dropped in shock. 

"the moon goddess, none of this makes sense to me, why am I seeing the moon goddess, I'm just an ordinary human". she said, taking one step back. 

"hmm, this witch must have truly cast a strong spell". the moon goddess muttered sadly. 

"Gwen, you have to listen to me, so please calm down, I'm here to help you". she said, and Gwen gave her a confused look. 

"Help me, I don't understand".

"hmm, it's time". the moon goddess said. 

"time for what".

"you've been kept hidden from the truth for far too long, it's time to find your real self".

''but I don't....".

"shh, please trust me, i need you to trust me".

Gwen thought about this for a while. 

*well, if truly she's the moon goddess, I trust her*

"ok, u trust you". she said, and the moon goddess smiled.

"come forward child". she said and Gwen walked slowly towards her. 

The moon goddess smiled at her, she placed her right palm on her forehead, a bright light emanated from her palm and Gwen had to close her eyes. 

she saw flashes of her past, everything that's happened to her, she gasped in shock as the moon goddess removed her palm from her head, on opening her eyes, she stared at the moon goddess with tears in her eyes. 

"I remember". she whispered before passing out.
