“Oh, God! “I put a shaking hand over my mouth. “When you crashed ?”“When I crashed,” he agreed thickly, those little flames in his dark eyes. "I pulled myself together. “Now I suppose you are trying to claim, it was my fault you crashed?”He shot me a disapproving look and said, “It was my fault for being so stupidly affected by seeing the notice you had sent me that morning. If I had my mind on what I was doing I would have seen the lorry before I hit it.”“Too bad, that for once your concentration wasn't working properly.” I marked coldly. “I thought nothing ever came between you and your work.”I had gone too far I knew that as I saw the little flames burst into my face. I got to my feet to run but it was too late. Marc had captured me in his arms his hands were violent and his mouth closed with mine. I knew I had been waiting for it ever since I woke up. It was a long way past pretending. I wanted to feel that hard male body forcing me down onto the bed and I did not even begin to struggle when it did.We kissed each other with hungry intensity, heat flaming between us. I thought I will never feel any emotions for him and now I realize how eagerly I wanted to experience them again with him, as my hands slid under the heavy robe and touched his skin, not ashamed of the urgent desire running through me as I let my hands go where they pleased.Marc groaned very softly as he felt my hands moving over his body. His mouth explored mine very deeply brushing my lips like a slave. His fingers pushed through my hair making it fall as he stroked my nape and where my pulse was beating very fast betraying to him my excitement. “Tell me,” he whispered urgently against my ears. “ Tell me please is Don your lover? Has he been? “ And it shattered my mood like a blow, the memory flooded back and I hated myself for the desire which had taken over my body making me forget that Marc had done, what he would just as easily do in the future.“let me go!” I was struggling to free myself.“Answer me,” he demanded as I looked a bit angrily at his dark eyes. “Yes.” I almost shouted. “Yes! “ He hit me, almost knocking my head off my neck, ears ringing I stared at him in shock. “You swine !”He hit me again and tears sprang into my eyes. I was shaking and suddenly terrified because there were Savage emotions in his eyes as he was a total stranger and he was behaving like an animal and could do anything.I lay there watching him like a frightened animal, eyes very wide, while I breathed thickly, He was staring at me as though even he wasn't sure what he meant to do next, as though he was fighting for control over emotions raising through his blood like a fatal disease. “It was never my intention to see you again,” he said bleakly at last.“I hope to go and never see you, "I muttered bending my head and then lifting it because I had found myself looking at his exposed skin for a moment as I had a few minutes ago touched it and had leaped with the desire to put my mouth to it again.“Yes,” he said huskily. “We have hurt each other too deeply, for either of us to forget.” That made my blood boil. “We have hurt each other? What did I ever do to you? You committed adultery not me Marc. Remember I caught you right-handed first.”Marc's eyes were filled with fury, as he stared at my face. “You just admitted that the night I walked out of our house you were with Taylor. And I saw it with my own eyes the previous day as I had walked into the flat “I shrugged helplessly and said. “ I went to London and I have not spoken to Blade for the past six years .” “But you did see him sometime after that didn’t you?” Marc said tightly.“No, I agree I met him at the University but later I stopped seeing him. I just met him once and told him to stay away from me. After that, I haven't even seen him. ” I tried to explain.“Don't lie to me”, he broke out, his face furious.” I know what you did Carmen, you were in Taylor’s bed after I left you.”I stared at him, my eyes angry, “ Oh, stop accusing me, Marc. You have lost that right.”Marc's said with gritted teeth. “You damn little liar! Blade himself admitted the last time when I met him at the university. You think I haven't checked the facts.”I felt waves of shock break over me.” What are you talking about? When did you meet Blade? I haven’t seen him since I moved back to London.”“I came to our flat after two days.” He pushed me away and swung off the bed and walked to the other side of the room. “To find that you were not there, so I went to your university, where I met Blade Taylor. He told me then, that you were with him the whole night. What do you think I felt after knowing you betrayed me."I went ice cold. I had already made clear to Blade Taylor that I cannot have any relationship with him other than friendship. And had not seen him after I left Milan. But if I tell him that will he believe me? He would rather believe in Blade Taylor than me his legal wife.“But it doesn't change the fact that you were in our bed with Bella that morning when I went back in search of you to your father's house,” I said maliciously. I wanted to give us a chance but what did I find my husband cuddled with his new lover."His mouth twisted jerkily as he walked back to me, staring down at me. “Taylor never told me when exactly.”. He broke off angrily. “Did you go to him later when I had not returned to the flat ?”I knew of course what he was asking as I heard the note in his voice, which he was fighting to suppress. I have no intention of discussing it, I put my legs down and lowered my eyes and thought why are we even discussing it when there is no ending to our blame game. His hands came down on my slender shoulders drawing me up towards him and shaking me. “ I can’t forget this matter can't you see, I've got to Know. “I glanced at him and said. “ You want to believe, I went to Taylor because you had already been unfaithful to me is it? There I have given you an answer are you satisfied now.”His hands bit into my flesh and his eyes blazed with emotion. “You Bitch!” He muttered. It frightened me but I scooped up my courage from deep within me and said. “You even thought that I had carried his child Marc! You bastard!”Marc flinched. I saw the tremor pass over his hardened face his eyes went quite black as though his fury will destroy everything. “God,” he said hoarsely. “Oh God, I could kill you! ““You could kill me”? I asked my brows lifted coldly. “You always did see everything from your angle Marc but I did not imagine that even you could see your adultery in such a flattering light that you blamed me for it.” I pushed at his broad chest pulling away. I was disgusted with his thinking.“May I go now, please? “This discussion is boring me, as far as I can see I can't head back home today, so I will just go to my room and sleep." I forced myself to speak politely. He stared at me for a moment without speaking, trying to read my face, then he smiled and that I knew was something I was not looking forward to, his savage expression, sending shivers down my spine leaving me shaken and suddenly very aware that I was in his bedroom alone with him and there was no one to whom, I could scream for help. And my body trembled with fear.“Oh no, Carmen,” he said softly very softly. “I haven't finished with you yet.”
