Luke and Erin are now in Starbucks coffee, and she seems to love his stories as well; it's as if she feels at ease with him as if he's too good to be true. She grinned again, she facepalmed, as she sipped the coffee she was ready to run out of in the cup because she was enjoying the coffee that Luke ordered for her because this is what Luke chose for her and she's thrilled she likes it.
"Can I assist you with your upcoming transfer to your new condo?" Luke approached her and asked if she would consent. she paused for a time before responding "Oh no, don't even think about that... I can handle it, and I've hired men to assist me in transporting my belongings..."
She stood up to leave and said her goodbyes to Luke, but he restrained her arm. She glanced at Luke, who appeared to be unhappy, and she felt the warmth of Luke's palm from his touch. "Luke... I know we're friends, but I have to go... I have something important to do today." Luke just smiled and kissed her on the cheek like a goodbye when she said something, and he just nodded. "All right, be careful... we'll meet again next time," he said.
When she walked out of Starbucks, she noticed a black car with tinted windows that had been parked since Luke and her had entered; she bit her lower lip and adjusted her tight skirt before walking closer to her car, where she noticed the black car in front of her was speeding; she gasped the air out of her mouth in surprise. She murmured, "bastard, driver..."
When Nathan saw Erin with Luke, he wasn't sure how he'd react. Erin, he believes, doesn't really care about him because she can date another man as quickly as she can. He had a couple of moments where he pondered why Erin wasn't interested in him since he already despised her from the first day that they met. But why did she offer him her purity? for a variety of reasons that he could never explain…
Nathan sighed and remembered the make love they had before; he wanted it to happen again, and there was nothing wrong with it because he was his wife in the eyes of the law.
He thinks about what marga says to him yesterday
"if she really loves you, she will not leave you like this. I bet tomorrow or the day after she'll find someone else ... but don't worry because I'm still here for you. I'm just right here waiting for you. "
He sighed and dialed someone's number. "I'd like you to find out Miss Raylee's current address; please do so quickly; I need a response tomorrow." He muttered this and went to the mansion; the maids were terrified of him since he had a scowl on his face and was drunk from the bar.
"What exactly are you staring at? Go back to your duties! "He snarls and growls.
He climbed the stairs with his mind rolling and thinking how he can make things right; he had only recently returned from Switzerland, but his recollections of Erin's face were still fresh in his memory. He misses her terribly and will go nuts thinking about her.
Erin tried calling Olivia's phone number but was unable to reach her, and she was unable to locate her social media accounts. she was curious about what had happened to her friend, and she suspected Nathan had something to do with it because she was later told that Olivia's life was also at risk due to Frederick. "Where are you Olivia?" she asked as she continued strolling through her living room, nibbling her knuckles.
She also discovered that Nathan had returned home; perhaps she might inquire about her friend, but she was worried because she appeared to be bothering again to Nathan once more and she doesn't want that to happen; she shook her head and dialed Olivia's mother's number.
"Hello, who is this?
"Uhm... Hello Mrs. Villaflor, I just want to ask about Olivia…I've been contacting her all day and I'm so worried about her, do you know where is she now?" she asked the mother of Olivia with her voice soft. The mother of Olivia seems heavy breathing and she waited a minute before her friend's mother speaks.
"We don't know where she is now. Don't call again."
"Wait...what happen to her?" Her voiced echoes as she raised her voice for a question.
"Please don't call me again and don't disturb my daughter, I want a better life for her…goodbye."
"Mrs. Villaflor---" then phone suddenly soundless.
She took a deep breath and groaned, clearly concerned for her best friend. she rubbed her neck cause she feels tired and exhausted all day and sat on the sofa, but she soon fell asleep due to her worries about Olivia's whereabouts.
She awoke at 8 a.m., having been jolted awake by his penetrating alarm clock, which could truly wake up a sleeping person. When she looked out her window, she saw a van carrying her belongings to the new location she is going to transfer to, and she squeezed her eyes when she saw Luke outside the building, "why is this man doing here?" she asked, and she immediately fixes herself to see Luke outside, who was happily assisting people, and she even noticed his expensive car parked outside. "Damn...I told him not to bother," she murmured.
