Three months later

Nina was rushed into the hospital by Justin and the rest of the family, her water had broke and she was about to go into labour.
More than an hour later.

A gorgeous middle aged woman in a doctor's white coat walked over them from the labour room.

"Congratulations, Justin. Your wife gave birth to a healthy baby girl" Mrs. Brooke, The Walters' family friend announced with a smile on her face before turning to Mrs Walters and said teasingly, "The Walters now has a princess to spoil, Sasha."

A wide smile spread out Justin's face lighting up his initial tense face. Mrs Walters, Selena, Sophie and Brian who just arrived all breathed out a sigh of relief before smiling happily.

Mrs Walters tried to keep the smile of her face but alas! she failed, obvious from the curve of her lips and the shine in her eyes. She replied sincerely,

"Thank you very much, Carol."

"It's my job, Sasha. So, no need for thanks."

She turned abruptly towards Justin and said with a warm smile on her face, "I almost forgot. Your wife wants to see you."

Justin who was already impatiently waiting to ask if he could see his wife looked like someone being granted amnesty as he walked in large strides into her room.

Nina felt weak and lethargic and wanted to rest but she wanted to first see her man and show him their baby. She raised her head when she heard the familiar footsteps, she smiled brightly when she saw him.

"Come look at our baby", She said to him when looking at the wrinkly newborn baby in her arms.

Justin walked over and kissed her gently on her forehead,
"Thank you, baby. Thank you for giving me the best gift ever", he said as he looked into her eyes adoringly.

Nina looked lovingly at him, "I am the one that should say thank you. Thank you for staying with me through it all; My first heartbreak, Whenever I was being pig-headed and stubborn and everything else. You... are my best gift because without you, I might never be this happy ever. You tolerated everything about me when others couldn't even I despised myself sometimes but you never did, you made me feel like a treasure. Thank Justin Damien Walters."

Justin was lost for words so he did the next best thing he could do, he kissed their child.

"When I first saw you in college, I made a promise to myself to have you. Then I found out you liked another, you never knew how devastated I felt back then. Then you confessed and he rejected you, I almost wanted to clap for him and say a big thank you but I found out that I wanted your happiness more than mine, so I hated him for being the one who caused you pain though I was also jealous of him. I got back my courage to go after you then, I was thinking if he can't make you happy, I will be the one to do that. Every second I spent with you was the happiest in my life, I never thought I could be that happy ever since my dad left but I was, thanks to you."

He looked deeply in her eyes before he said something shocking,
"So would you marry me, be the mother of my child and the unborn ones and make me the happiest man alive, Nina Jonas?"

She widened her eyes abruptly at the unexpected and abrupt proposal.

Justin continued, "I know this may not be perfect proposal with diamond ring, candlelight dinner, fireworks and all but this comes from the depth of my heart and contains my most sincere feelings. But if you want I can still give you everything. So will you be my Mrs Walters?" He looked deeply at her nervously waiting for her answer.

Nina still lying on the bed felt tears prickling her eyes, she was stunned by the sincerity she saw in his eyes and suddenly wondered what she did to deserve such a wonderful man.

She was about to open her mouth and say something when she was interrupted by the audience who had came in since god-knows-when.

"Say yes! Say yes! Say yes, Nina! He loves you!"

Both she and Justin turned towards to overly excited crowd: Mrs Walters, Selena, Sophie, Brian, Charlie, Carol, Ryan and Dan who all had smiles on their faces and were chanting and urging her to accept him.

She turned and looked deeply and passionately into his eyes and said slowly,
"Yes, I will marry you my love."

Justin eyes sparkled with joy at her answer, he bent down to hug both her and his daughter, kissing them both on the forehead.

"You won't regret it!"

She whispered in her heart, "I know".
