Chapter 120 After the Robbery, She Was in Good Spirits

Chapter 120 After the Robbery, She Was in Good Spirits
The car was driving in the middle of the road.
The two entertainment reporters in the front-row seat were always cautious.
After a while, a man's voice suddenly sounded from behind, "Sit down."
They looked in the rearview mirror and found that Ebony was scouring their trunk!
The back seat in their car was near the trunk so Ebony could reach the trunk easily.
The two were horrified.
Tremblingly, they asked, "E... Ebo, what are you doing?"
Ebony grabbed two bottles of mineral water and handed one to Lloyd.
She unscrewed a bottle and looked up casually, "I'm thirsty. Can't I drink water?"
The two of them dared not to say no, so they could only shut their mouths.
After a while, a rustling sound came from behind.
The two looked over again, finding that Ebony took out all the remaining mineral water.
She not only moved out the mineral water but also moved out the instant noodles.
Both of them were struck dumb, "You... you..."
Ebony ignored them.
She carefully packed the mineral water and instant noodles in a plastic bag.
Then she put it at her feet and said, "I know that all the supplies including food and water in your car are bought by your company. If you have run out of these supplies, you can apply for more."
Neither of them could say anything.
"You don't have to take it all even if it can be reimbursed." They thought in their heart.
After driving for twenty minutes, the car finally arrived at the gate of the hotel.
When Ebony got off the bus, she didn't forget to carry the plastic bag.
However, Lloyd had already picked it up.
Ebony had thought it would be too heavy for him.
It turned out that it was a piece of cake for him.
Ebony said nothing and got off the car.
She went to the driver's seat and knocked on the window.
When the car window slid down, the two entertainment reporters looked at her pitifully.
Ebony smiled and said, "Next time, bring something else. I don't like to drink mineral water, but Coke. I don't like instant noodles either, but bread and cakes. It's better to bring some fruit. I like to eat cherries, the most expensive kind, get it?"
The two entertainment reporters widened their eyes in horror.
Ebony waved to them kindly, "See you next time."
The car backed up a little then turned around and disappeared.
"Pfft." Ebony watched the car disappear in an instant.
She turned back and said to Lloyd, "They are too timid. It's not like I'm going to hit them."
Lloyd didn't speak, but walked into the hotel and took out his mobile phone at the same time.
Then he called the staff.
At the door of the room, Lloyd returned the plastic bag to Ebony.
Ebony held the bag and said, "I'll share you a half."
Lloyd said, "Thank you but no."
"Why? You have to take it. They're clearly coming for you. You earned it."
Ebony's attitude was very tough. Meanwhile, she also pushed Lloyd and asked him to open the door.
Lloyd looked at her for a while and finally opened his door.
Ebony slipped inside his room.
She ran to the sofa and sat down.
She took half of the water and instant noodles out of the bag.
Then she held the rest of the things, looked at Lloyd carefully, and said, "I've already shared half of it with you. Please don't be angry with me, okay?"
Lloyd was taken aback for a moment.
He put the key on the porch next to the door, went to the other side to pour water, and said at the same time, "I'm not angry with you."
Ebony muttered dully, "Then why are you ignoring me these days?"
Lloyd tightened his grip on his water cup.
He turned around and saw Ebony looking at him with an appealing look.

Lloyd sighed, and said tenderly, "I have been too busy these days."
Ebony nodded dully, "I know it's very tiring to film outside. I understand you."
Lloyd nodded.
Ebony asked, "so you really didn't ignore me deliberately?"
Lloyd looked at her, "I didn't."
Ebony believed him.
Then she began to secretly put back the mineral water and instant noodles she had just taken out.
Lloyd was speechless.
Ebony also said seriously, "This fast food is actually not nutritious. And it is not good for your health if you eat too much. You should eat less."
In the end, Ebony packed everything back.
She said excitedly, "It's still early. Do you want to watch a movie together? Janet recommended me a movie and said it was so touching that she cried from beginning to end."
Lloyd could have refused her invitation. But thinking that he had been indeed a little cold to her these days, he agreed, "Okay. "
The movie was a classic.
It was a tragic and romantic love story.
Ten minutes later.
Not surprisingly, Lloyd found the girl next to him was sitting upright but had already closed her eyes tightly.
In fact, it was much better than last time.
At least this time she was sitting.
He could tell that she also intended to finish this movie. At least, her spirit was commendable.
Lloyd sighed.
He rubbed his brow, feeling a little tricky.
At this time, there was a sudden knock on the door outside.
It awakened Ebony.
"Wonderful," Ebony gave warm applause reflexively, "It's touching, so touching."
Lloyd looked at her expressionlessly.
"No wonder it's a classic. Why haven't I seen this before?" Ebony met Lloyd's gaze and exclaimed as if she really knew what the movie was about, "It's really too late to watch it!"
Lloyd didn't want to respond to her, so he got up and went to open the door.
Outside the room, it was the staff.
She came and asked Lloyd if he was disturbed by the paparazzi.
Lloyd said it was fine.
The staff asked, "What about Ebony? I knocked on the next door just now, and Ebony didn't seem to be in her room. She wasn't frightened, was she?"
Lloyd said, "She was fine."
After speaking, he added, "She was in good spirits after the robbery."
The staff was speechless.
Robbery, robbery?
The staff didn't dare to ask in detail what happened.
She felt that it was better not to know.
When Lloyd returned to the room, he saw Ebony grabbing the remote control, sitting on the sofa, and nodding off with her eyes half-open and half-closed.
Lloyd whispered, "Go back and rest."
Ebony woke up immediately and said, "No, it's wonderful. I have to finish watching it."
Lloyd glanced at her to see how long she could hold on.
Twenty minutes later.
Priscilla looked calmly at Ebony, who had collapsed on the sofa, fallen asleep completely, and even rested her feet on his lap.
He let out a breath and moved her feet away.
He got up and hugged her in his arm horizontally.
Ebony slept lightly and woke up immediately.
Seeing her looking at him in a daze, Lloyd said gently and helplessly, "Nothing. Go back to sleep."
Ebony was very relieved about Lloyd.
She fell asleep again.
Lloyd sent Ebony back to the room.
Just as he was about to leave, he was suddenly paused.
He turned his head and looked at the half-awake girl on the bed, who had grabbed the corner of his clothes with her tiny fingers.
The way she looked was easy to make one's heart go soft.
Lloyd took her little hand, squeezed it, and bent over to ask, "What's wrong?"
Ebony said in a daze, "Where are my mineral water and instant noodles?"
Lloyd was speechless.
Lloyd released her hand and said coldly, "On the table."
Ebony was relieved. She retracted into the quilt, turned over, closed her eyes, and said, "Close the door for me."
Lloyd was speechless.
