Chapter 319 Go Ahead. I Want People to Know


Lloyd was silent for a moment, and then he stretched out his hands, pressing on both sides of Ebony's waist. His eyes showed a warm glow.


After a while, footsteps came from outside.


It should be Tristan Gibson coming back. Ebony quickly released him.


But Lloyd didn't let go.


Ebony frowned and said, "Don't push your luck."


The man slightly replied, "I am not a pushover."


Ebony was speechless.


The footsteps came closer and closer. Ebony struggled again.


Lloyd looked at her, and then eventually let go of her.


Ebony moved right away.


Tristan came in from outside with a glass of water. "Aunt, drink some water," he said enthusiastically.


Ebony took the glass, secretly giving Lloyd an angry look. Then she put the glass down and said, "I'll leave you guys to it. I'm going down."


With that, she was about to leave.


To her surprise, as she went past Lloyd, the man suddenly stretched out and took her hand.


Ebony and Tristan both didn't know what to say.


Looking at Lloyd and Ebony, Tristan was confused.


Lloyd casually glanced at Tristan.


Tristan was surprised. He turned his head away and said, "I didn't see anything!"


Lloyd then looked at Ebony and said, "There you go. He didn't see it. Kiss me again so he can see it."


Ebony was speechless.


She wrenched her hand away, snf then walked outside!


Hearing his aunt's footsteps in the distance, Tristan looked back at Lloyd warily.


Tristan looked at his book and then looked at Lloyd. Being afraid that he would be killed for seeing their making out, he said quickly, "Lloyd, I won't tell anyone!"


"That's all right," Lloyd said casually. "Go ahead. I want people to know."


Thrstan didn't know what to say.


That day, Ebony and Lloyd stayed at the Gibson family until they finished dinner.


At dinner, Stewart Gibson was finally allowed to come down.


Stewart raised his glass and said with a smile, "Our family is finally reunited."


Ebony asked curiously, "My two older brothers are not here today."


Stewart didn't know how to respond to Ebony.


He just said, "Cheers."


Everybody cheered together. Ebony took a sip of orange juice from her glass and looked out at Lloyd in the corner.


Seeing what Lloyd drank was mineral water, she looked back.


The meal lasted until 8:30 p.m.


After dinner, Chasidah Kelly was reluctant to let her leave, so she took her to the sofa to eat fruit.


Lloyd somehow managed to mingle with them and sat next to Ebony.


When Ebony's family found out that he had unnoticed sat down next to Ebony, they knew it was not good to let him leave anymore. They just looked at him baffled.


Lydia Quay nudged Virginia and asked her to make trouble.


Virginia trotted over and seated herself between Lloyd and Ebony.


Lloyd glanced at her, picked up a fruit, and took a bite.


Seeing this, Virgina asked, "Lloyd, is the tangerine sweet?"


Lloyd said, "Sweet, but I am not sharing with you the sweet tangerine."


Virginia rolled her eyes and took a bite, directly biting off the fruit on Lloyd's fork!


As a result, Virginia could not open her eyes because of the sourness of the fruit. She said with a twisted expression, "Oh, it's so sour!"


Ebony heard the noise and turned to look at Virginia and Lloyd.


Lloyd then changed a plate of tangerines, forked a segment and fed it to Ebony.


Ebony was speechless.


The atmosphere tightened instantly.


Everyone looked over.


Ebony hesitated, and finally grabbed the tangerine segment with her hand and ate it.


After eating it, she said, "It's not sour. Very sweet."


Virginia pouted on the spot, asking, "Why is the one I ate so sour?"


Lloyd then forked another segment of tangerine, took a bite, and said steadily, "I told you I'm not sharing with you the sweet tangerine."


Virginia was lost for words.


They finished all the fruit. Whether the Chasidah liked it or not, she had to let her daughter go.


It was Lloyd that drove the car on their way back.


By the time they got home, it was nearly 10:00 at night.


Ebony was so tired, and she went upstairs to take a shower.


When she got down from her bath, she saw the maid holding Rolls Royce, sitting on the sofa, doing some sewing.


And the cat looked very anxious. It was miaowing madly at Lloyd, who was sitting at the other side of the table!


Ebony asked, "What's going on?"


The maid complained on the spot, "I bought a shark doll for the cat. Originally, the cat liked it very much. But just now, Lloyd out of nowhere took the doll to frighten Rolls Royce! The cat now gets scared on seeing the mouth of the shark doll, so I have to sew the shark's mouth shut!"


While speaking, the maid lifted the mouthless shark and gave Lloyd an angry look, saying, "The cat gets angry on seeing Lloyd. If I hadn't stopped the cat, it would have bitten him!"


Ebony looked over at Lloyd and asked, "Why did pick on the cat again?"


Lloyd looked up from his tablet. He glanced at Ebony, saying, "I was just playing with the cat."


Ebony was puzzled. She asked, "I thought you didn't like it. Why did you suddenly play with it?"


Lloyd said, "I'm in a good mood today."


Ebony asked, "Why are you in a good mood after a day of abuse?"


Lloyd raised his eyebrows and said, "Today, you kissed me twice. Why shouldn't I be in a good mood?"


Ebony didn't know what to say, and so was the maid


Ebony looked at maid and hurriedly explained, "It's not what you think..."


The maid looked at Lloyd and then at Ebony. She suddenly said to herself, "So the marriage crystal ball really worked? I'll ask Grace to buy another case of it!"


Ebony was speechless.


After resting at home for two days, Ebony received a call from Dolores saying that the shooting of "Foreign Birds" directed by Eusebio Mcmullen was about to start.


Ebony was a bit surprised. She said, "So soon!"


Dolores said, "At first, I thought there was still some time, but an actress was found to be pregnant, and the director did not want to change roles, so they decided to start shooting in advance. They are going to shoot that actress' plays first, and there will be many scenes which you and she need to play opposite, so you must come early as well."


Ebony understood. She nodded and asked, "When do I need to go to the shooting scene?"


Dolores said, "Next Wednesday."


The next Tuesday, Ebony left for the airport, and Lloyd took her there.


When they got to the airport, Ebony said, "Well, don't come out. It's crowded at the airport."


Lloyd was about to get out of the car, but he frowned upon hearing her words.


Ebony coaxed, "All right, don't be so clingy. We can't be photographed that we are together by others!"


Lloyd took a look at Ebony and finally said, "OK."


Ebony got out of the car, wore a mask and hat and entered the airport lobby. Once she entered, she saw Janet waiting there.


Janet took Ebony's luggage and was about to talk to her when she saw a familiar figure of a man walking towards them behind Ebony!


The man had also done a basic cover, but as a fan, Janet recognized him right away!


She pointed at the back and stammered, "Lloyd..."


Ebony looked back with incomprehension, and then the next second, she was also surprised!


Why did Lloyd come down?


When Lloyd came near to Ebony, she quickly lowered her voice to ask him what was going on.


Lloyd walked past her silently as if he had not seen her, and then went to the self-service ticket machine and scanned the code to get the ticket.


Ebony was puzzled.


Ebony hurriedly trotted over and looked at the ticket. Lloyd's ticket and hers were actually the same flight, and their seats were in the same row, next to each other!


Ebony was baffled.


Lloyd then took his ticket and looked at Ebony. He said calmly, "All right, don't be so clingy. We can't be photographed that we are together by others!"
