Chapter 106 You Know Too Much
Humming in anger, Wu Xiyuan raised his chin and scolded, "You are the one with problem."
After that, he complained to Su Jiuyue, "Honey, he said my brain has a problem!"
Hearing that, Su Jiuyue turned to A Da and shot him an angry glance. Then she comforted Wu Xiyuan with a soft voice, "He's talking nonsense. Just ignore him!"
Wu Xiyuan felt quite happy about his wife's support and glanced arrogantly at A Da. After that, he kept staying with Su Jiuyue without talking to A Da.
A Da had no idea whether he should be angry or not at their childish behavior.
He thought if he showed an angry face to those two kids, he would act like the shameless person he said before.
There's nothing Liu Dalin could do with those two as well. He apologized to A Da for them, "Sir, they're too naughty to be sensible. I hope you don't take it personally."
Liu Dalin's apology stopped A Da from haggling over it.
Then he showed a solemn face again, his hands behind his back, and replied, "Well, it's all right. But why does your nephew... seem different from his peers?"
Liu Dalin sighed, "He had an accident last year and his head was injured. Since then, he changed."
Realizing he asked inappropriately, A Da held his fists to apologize, "Sorry to hear that."

They all first went to visit Liu Dalin's home and walked Su Jiuyue and Wu Xiyuan home and dropped by Wu family. They came back home hastily without staying for dinner regardless of Wu family's hospitality.
A full cart was sent to Wu family, attracting the attention of Tao and Guo who stood beside the cart with curiosity.
After Su Jiuyue came back, Tian Xiuniang kept staying around her with an obvious happy expression of coveting something. Tian Xiuniang's behavior made Wu Xiyuan jealous. He asked,
"Second sister-in-law, are you trying to scramble for my wife with me?"
Tian Xiuniang smiled, "Of course not. She's always your wife. I'm just curious about the stuff in the cart."
Su Jiuyue shook her head and answered, "I have no clue. They're gifts from a sister. Put it away and open them after mom comes back."
However, Liu Cui was taking after Wu Zongyuan in the mountains! Even Wu Dacheng didn't come back yet.
Tian Xiuniang's smile faltered at the thought of the low probability of getting something since her mother-in-law would put these things away after she came back.
"Why not take a look first?"
However, Su Jiuyue insisted on waiting for Liu Cuihua to come back first. She said, "Mom takes the helm. I think we shouldn't take a look until she comes back!"
With that, people walked into the room, leaving the cart in the courtyard. Chen Zhaodi brought some food to them.
"Jiuyue, Xiyuan. You may feel hungry? I didn't know you two would come back today. I've heated some dishes for you. You could eat first. I'll cook more dishes later."
Su Jiuyue pulled Chen Zhaodi as she said, "Sister-in-law, no need. These dishes are enough for us. We can have the next meal together."
Chen Zhaodi nodded, "Well. Enjoy yourself. Let me think what I should prepare for the next meal in the afternoon."
Tian Xiuniang stood beside the window and saw Chen Zhaodi walk into Su Jiuyue's room through the window crack. She sniffed, "I think she is an honest person. But what she is doing is pleasing too!"
Wu Ercheng sat on the bed, drinking warm tea. Hearing Tian Xiuniang's words, he looked at her and asked, "Who are you talking about in such a voice dripping with sarcasm?
Tian Xiuniang turned and sat on the bed, answered with anger, "Your eldest sister-in-law!"
"What did she do?" Wu Ercheng got used to his wife who often talked about others' gossip with dislike.
Tian Xiuniang changed her sitting position and continued, "As you know, your youngest sister-in-law brought so much good stuff. How could it be impossible for your eldest sister-in-law not to get a share? She behaves quiet and honest normally, but you see right now. How fast she reacts to please them."
Wu Ercheng jeered, "Not faster than you. Didn't you walk close to them the moment they came back?"
Tian Xiuniang pinched his waist, twisted and reproved, "What did you say?"
The pain made Wu Ercheng face distorted. He shouted, "Be gentle! Do you want to kill your husband?"
"That'll be good. You deserve it if you aren't on my side!"
Wu Ercheng put his arm around Tian Xiuniang's waist and said, "You should stop thinking about the stuff in the cart. It belongs to my youngest brother's wife. It's nice of her if she's willing to share with us. What kind of people we will become if we keep thinking about it? When spring comes, I will work in Yongzhou city. Till then, I can buy everything you want for you after I make money!"
Tian Xiuniang leaned against his shoulder, smiled, "Don't go back on your words."
Wu Ercheng patted his chest and pledged, "I swear I won't!"
After having had the meal together in the afternoon, Su Jiuyue helped clean up the kitchen and then all of them came back to their rooms.
Chen Zhaodi kept standing beside the window, looking at Tian Xiuniang's room but she found all in silence.
Chen Zhaodi was surprised at such an unusual silence.
Considering her character, Chen Zhaodi believed Tian Xiuniang should waltz off some pieces of stuff.
But Chen Zhaodi waited until the evening and still did not find anything.
"Mom, what're you looking at?" Tao asked in a drowsy, rubbing her eyes.
Seeing that her daughter had already woken up, Chen Zhaodi went over and patted her on the back. "It's nothing. I just wonder why your dad and grandma haven't come back yet."
Tao held Chen Zhaodi's hand and said, "Mom. Stop worrying about it. We will know when we look for them tomorrow."
Chen Zhaodi nodded and lay down beside her daughter after taking off clothes...
As soon as she woke up, the first thing Chen Zhaodi did was to check on the cart outside. When she confirmed nothing was missing, she then carried some firewood into the kitchen.
After breakfast, Su Jiuyue paid a visit to Liu family again with Wu Xiyuan.

"Mr. Huang, you always don't care about others' business, but now you willingly look after Zongyuan. I came back from Yongzhou city today and I saw a portrait posted on the city wall gate. It's the portrait of Zongyuan. Who is he... on earth?"
Hearing Zongyuan was wanted, Huang Husheng believed it was unlikely for him to come back to the capital today.
