"Okay, thank you for the cake, mommy." I kissed mom's cheek before she left the garden.
He said that he would only talk to someone on the phone regarding the company.
Mommy and I are here in the garden, she kept what she said that she would be the only one with me now.
Daddy couldn't make it because he had a sudden flight to Korea, he said he's going to meet some client and I understand him.
Right now it's just mommy and me, I'm satisfied there even though I also want to be with daddy. Atleast they didn't break their promise.
While eating the strawberry cake on the table my cellphone suddenly rang. I quickly opened it and check who messaged me.
I frowned when I saw the unregistered number, I opened the message.
My eyes widened when I saw a photo that I wish I had never opened.
"Hello, Arrow. This is Reid, what a beautiful surprise, right?"
I bit my lower lip as I continued to stare at the picture he sent.
It's her picture, with Froze. And they're kissing.
I was holding onto my chest when I felt its pain. Why am I hurting?
Isn't the kiss healthy? I should still be happy for Froze, but why am I hurting?
I quickly wiped the tears from my eyes when mommy arrived.
He leaned over me and smiled. "So, where are we again?"
He opened the laptop again to continue the video we were watching.
I hurriedly stopped my mommy's hands. He turned to me with a questioning expression.
"M-Mommy, kissing is healthy right?" my bitter question.
He frowned at my question. "Why are you asking questions like that, my daughter?"
"Is it normal if you kissed two girls?" I ignored mommy's question.
She chuckled before shaking her head. "Ofcourse not, Arrow. It means that a man cheats on a woman when he kisses someone else."
I smiled bitterly before looking the other direction.
"Then ..." Mom turned her gaze back at me. "Is it normal to get hurt when the person you like kisses a woman?"
She looked shocked with what I asked, but mommy also recovered and nodded quickly.
"When your daddy kisses someone else, the first thing I do is listen to his explanation. But when he repeats it anyway, it means he's fooling me," she explained.
I was even more hurt by what he said.
So all this time, those sweet gestures from Froze, isn't that true?

"Just check for more videos here, okay? I'll just clean my body, son, mommy is already sweating." Mommy kissed me on the cheek after she said that.
I smiled wryly as I watched him walk away.
I quickly wiped my tears as soon as she left. Why does my heart ache so much while watching this picture?

I winced when I heard the doorbell from outside.
I dried my cheek before going out. As soon as I opened the gate, the look I wanted to avoid first appeared to me.
"Hi, baby." I backed away when he suddenly hugged me.
I did my best to hold back my tears as he hugged me.
I was about to hug him back but suddenly my heart ached again, so I just chose to lower my hands.
"I miss you so much, do you know that? I mean, we're together yesterday, but I still miss you, baby." I sobbed because of what he said.
He quickly pulled away from me and grabbed me by both shoulders.
The shock on his face was obvious when he saw me crying. I quickly averted my gaze as he strained to catch my eyes.
"B-Baby, why are you crying? Hey. Look at me," he uttered while still trying to confront me.
My tears flowed even more as I avoided his eyes.
"J-Just leave, Froze," I answered.
He shook his head as he stared at me intently. "What the hell happened to you, Arrow?"
I sobbed louder because of the question he left. I pulled my arms back with all my might causing him to be surprised.
I even leaned against the gate due to weakness.
"I'm afraid, Froze," I replied as I looked away.
"Why, baby? Where are you scared? Tell me. Did someone hit you? Tell me who the fuck is that ass hole and I will burn him alive," he asked angrily.
He tried to hold my hand but I quickly avoided it.
"I'm afraid that when I look you in the eye, I'll suddenly forget what you did," I replied directly.
She tugged at her own hair as she looked at me.
"Why, my angel? What did I do? Tell me, I'm going to die if you treat me like that," he said frustrated.
I quickly hid the cellphone behind me. But he seemed to notice that because he suddenly looked at it.
"What is it that you're hiding?" he asked coldly.
I shook my head, but I knew Froze was smart. He tried to take my cellphone but I hid it even more behind me.
"Don't, Froze, please," I begged.
But his appearance remained dark. "Give it to me, Arrow. Now."
I shook my head in tears.
He cornered me against the gate and brought his face close to mine.
"Give me your cellphone, Arrow." I shook my head again as I looked at him.
His jaw tightened before hitting the gate hard, making me close because of what he did.
"You won't give it to me?" His tone was threatening which scared me.
"Froze, h-don't please?" I pleaded but he shook his head. He held out one hand while with a cold expression.
"You really won't give up?" His voice is so cold and I don't like that.
Crying I handed the cellphone to her hand. He immediately grinned because of what I did.
He touched my chin and kissed me on the lips.
"Good girl, baby. Learn how to obey me, Arrow, you don't want me mad, right?" he asked.
Sniffing I nodded. He smiled again and kissed me on the lips again.
Then he opened my cellphone. He pressed there for a few seconds until he suddenly stopped.
His jaw clenched, he glared at me afterwards. I was expecting him to get mad, but I was surprised when he suddenly smiled.
"I see ... My baby is really easy to fool," he said.
I sniffed. "I mean, n-you're just really kidding me?"
Laughing he stroked my hair. "Silly, this picture is edited, my angel."
He turned the picture to me and pointed at the top.
"Saturday, 10:36 AM," I read here.
I looked at him in surprise because I didn't get what he wanted to say.
"Arrow, you're with me the whole morning yesterday. So how do we get together with that asshole girl?" he asked emphatically.

My gosh! Embarrassing! I still have tears in my eyes.
He stepped closer before kissing me on the forehead. "I'm glad that you're starting to feel something towards me, Arrow. Keep up the good work."
He patted my head as if nothing had happened.
While I am ashamed of it. I should have checked it first! Argh! Embarrassing!
I can't believe what I see. Why is that man here? Why does my son know him?
"This is wrong, it shouldn't happen," I said nervously.
I immediately dialed his number, just a few seconds later he answered it.
"I'm sorry for calling you, I know you've banned me, but I have something to say!" I promise.
"What is it, Victoria?"
"The man you were referring to me before, he's here! He's with my son and it's like they're going to meet!" I'm literally panicking.
"I told you to keep an eye on Arrow, Victoria. But why is he with that man now?" Its angry tone worried me.
"I'm sorry, I'm really sorry. I always ask my daughter who's closest to her, but she didn't tell me about Froze. I don't know," I explained.
"I don't know what we can do. Arrow is a wise woman, even if she loses her memory, when you pilot Froze away from her, she'll definitely be surprised." I gasped at his answer.
"What are we going to do now, emperor?" I asked him.
"Let him be, Victoria. He'll never do something that might harm the princess, I trust him ever since. Just let them do whatever they want. Maybe it's better for them to stay that close." I breathed a sigh of relief when he said that.
I'm so glad that he came up with that decision.
I slowly put down the phone as I watched my son talk to him.
I could see how my son's eyes would shine as he talked to that man.
I don't want to hurt her so I don't want to take Froze away from her.
I laughed bitterly because I still couldn't believe what was happening.
Of all people, Arrow, why him? Why did you like that man?
I closed my eyes tightly while deep in thought.
They used to be that close back then ... Until now.
I was shaken to laugh. Destiny may not really separate them. Even we, we cannot afford to separate them.
"VICTORIA! Victoria!" I was surprised to hear my wife's voice from the living room.
I quickly wiped my hand and walked towards it.
"Henry, what are you shouting ..." I stopped when I saw the woman he was carrying.
Henry laid the very beautiful girl down on the sofa so I could examine it freely.
"Victoria, I found her body near the river," my wife whispered.
I approached the girl he brought, I touched her beautiful face and smile after.
"She's so beautiful, Henry. But why does she have wounds on her body? Based on what I can see, her wounds haven't healed very well," I said worriedly.
He sat down. "Someone gave her to me, she was probably the first to see that girl's body. She told me that they would both be damned if he adopted that girl."
I was shocked by his answer. I turned again to the sleeping girl.
I caressed her very smooth cheek. "Why would an angel like him be put in danger, Henry?"
My husband shook his head, even he was confused too, I'm sure.
"He's just ours, Henry. I want to cuddle him, it definitely feels so good to have a child like him," I said with a smile.
"Victoria--"
"Please, Henry? I'm begging you," I pleaded.
My wife's shoulders dropped as she looked at me. "We might be in danger too when we adopt him, are you sure of your decision?"
Smiling I nodded.
"When she wakes up, she'll go back to her family, won't you get hurt?" he asked which stopped me.
"P-She's here for the time being, Henry. I'm sure she's a good kid so she'll understand if she's here with us for the time being, until she's finally okay." I tried to smile even though I was hesitant about what was said.
My wife took a deep breath, she patiently looked at me before slowly standing up.
"I understand you, Victoria. I know you really want to have children so I'll let you." I cried at what my beloved said, my luck is really with my wife.
I attended to him and hugged him. "Thank you, Henry. Even if we can only afford it, I will do everything to comfort the girl you brought when she wakes up."
"WHO are you? And how did you get into our house?" I asked angrily to the men who suddenly entered my wife and I's house.
An old man stepped closer. It is obvious in its posture that it is rich and caring for the body. You can also see the beauty of its breed even in old age.
"This is Victoria and Henry's house, am I right?" Even his voice was full of authority.
I nodded slowly as I lowered the knife I was holding.
"I heard that my granddaughter is here." My eyes widened at what he said.
Grandson? Is he referring to the girl I adopted?
I felt a pain in my chest at the thought of taking him away from us.
I won't be able to see her bautiful eyes again, her smiles.
"I'm not here to take the princess of Korea back in our country." I looked up at the old man because of what he said.
"Princess of Korea?" astonished I repeat.
He nodded and chuckle. "I guess you really don't know her that much. Yes, Victoria. I came all the way here from Korea to meet you, I am the emperor of Korea."
I quickly bowed to him. "I'm s-sorry, sorry for my actions a while ago."
"You don't have to do that, Victoria. I should be the one to thank you for taking care of my grandson," he said.
So he can speak tagalog? But how?
"You speak tagalog fluently," I uttered.
"I am half Filipino, Victoria, I grew up here," he explained as I nodded.
"B-But why did you come here? If you don't take your grandson, then why did you come here?" I asked him.
"I want my grandson to live here temporarily. I know he won't remember anything after that accident, so I enjoyed it. And in exchange for my tolerance, I want you to do everything you can to make my grandson a good person." I was slightly amused by what he said.
"She's already an angel, emperor, so--"
"She killed thousands of people already because she wanted to avenge her sister's death. That makes her an evil." I gulped with what he just said.
That angel ... That beautiful girl, she already killed thousands of people?
"I know you're surprised by what I said. But I'm willing to pay you a huge amount, as long as you just do everything I said." He told me. He said those words casually.
I smiled at him. "I'll do everything to keep her safe, emperor. I'll do everything so she doesn't go back to where she used to be."
