Sydney
Aiden was slowly nibbling my lips and kissing them. My loins began to stir once more. After our picnic lunch, one thing led to another, and we were now romping on the sand. Aiden hoisted my knees to his shoulders and lined up his rigid member at my entrance, easing himself above me. He slipped home in one long smooth stroke, filling me, while holding me by my hips. As I squeezed around him, I heard him groan. My back was raked by the sand, and my breathing was laboured. I encircled him with my arms and legs, lifting my hips to his level. He began pounding furiously, hooking his arms under my shoulders and pressing his lips to mine. Aiden pushed with an urgency that had me gasping for air, and all I could do was hang on fast. I was in paradise as his hips drove in over and over again.
I flexed my hips forwards as I felt the flush come over me, ready to meet his thrusts head-on. I relaxed around him after a long orgasm, and he began slamming into me again until he was about to come. He flung his head back and stilled as he thrust one last time, completely engulfed in me. As another orgasm engulfed me, I shouted again and bit down hard on his shoulder.
He backed away from me and collapsed besides me on his back. I cuddled into his big chest and put my head above his heart as he dragged me on top of him. If his cell phone hadn't broken the enchantment at that precise moment, the rapid beating would have eventually dropped to a regular rhythm, and I would have drifted off.
Cursing, he groped among the small mound of discarded bathing suits for his phone. He went completely still as he peered at the screen. He said, "Yes, Clifton."
I lay motionless, staring at his anxious expression and wondering what was wrong.
Not one to speculate, I took the direct approach. "What's wrong?" I asked.
"It's Grandpa," he replied as he gazed up at me. He's not feeling well, and his blood pressure had risen to the point where he needed to be sent to the hospital."
Aiden detangled himself from me and pulled on his shorts. Taking the cue, I started putting on my bikini and threw on my cover-up. "We'll have to return," a look of disappointment briefly flashed across his face. Surprisingly, I felt the same disappointment. I ran after him towards the beach house.
"Once we reach home, Martha would show you around and help you in settling down. I would be visiting grandpa in the hospital, so I would see you later tonight. " He said as we walked.
"Wait! I am not going to the hospital with you?" I asked.
He turned towards me. "You want to come with me?" He had a slightly surprised look as if he wasn't expecting me to do so.
"Of course! Your grandfather is ill, and I'd like to check on him." I responded.
Aiden gave me a strange expression. As if I'd shouted something out of the blue!
"All right, let's get ready since we're leaving right now." Our honeymoon was over in a flash when he reacted quickly.
************
I had not expected a flurry of reporters at the hospital. I had heard about celebrities and elite being hounded by media but had never experienced it myself. It was annoying. Thankfully, our car drove in through a private entrance.
As we entered inside the private area, his grandpa's two bodyguards were standing outside the door, greeting us. I didn't know what to expect when we arrived, but his grandfather was still conscious and appeared to be having an argument with a nurse.
"Mr Reiner, I have strong orders that you take your medicine on time and on a regular basis," the nurse pleaded, her face pinched.
"No way, that thing is disgusting. It's best to flush it down the toilet or eat it yourself. I've got my fill of medications. It's as if I eat pills for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even when I'm sleeping, it's pumped into me., I'm not taking another pill!" Reiner Sr., the old man, spoke firmly and shut his mouth adamantly. Aiden and I were standing in the doorway when the nurse noticed us.
"Mr Reiner!" she said joyfully, relieved. "Oh...I'm so delighted you've arrived. Your grandfather simply will not take his medication."
Aiden appeared to be relieved; he had remained quiet for the duration of our excursion. It's likely that seeing his grandpa back to his shenanigans soothed him. He walked in with his hand up.
Aiden teased, "Bullying a sweet lady again, grandpa?"
"How did you end up here?" Mr. Reiner shifted his gaze to Aiden. "Young man, you should be on your honeymoon, making great-grandkids for me. What brings you here?" Sr. Reiner put his arms across his chest and raised his head, signalling to Aiden that he would not be forced into doing something he didn't want to do.
Aiden walked inside with a wry grin on his face. He then took his grandfather's hand in his and sat at his side.
Sr Reiner made a "Harrumph" sound, indicating that he was not about to give in quickly.
"Grandpa, I had to rush back because you scared the hell out of us."
I stepped in and stood awkwardly in a corner, observing their conversation since I didn't know what else to do. Aiden had never been so patient and compassionate with anyone before. He adored his grandfather. Despite their age difference, the two had a striking likeness, with the same blue eyes and straight aquiline features. I could tell they had a close bond as well. They were both strong-willed and astute. I pondered what kind of guy the old man was in his prime, despite the fact that he had mellowed over the years. He couldn't possibly be as egotistical as Aiden! Aiden was in a different league.
"I am perfectly fine, those two bouncers who you have kept for me. They are pansies! They get scared over nothing," said the old man, in an amused voice.
"They were just doing their duty, grandpa," said Aiden laughingly. He continued chatting with his grandfather while I looked around, not feeling very useful. The nurse returned pushing a trolley with a new set of medicines.
I asked which one was to be given, and I held out a thimble of capsule and water to old Reiner, saying in a clear voice.
"Please take your medicine, Mr Reiner," it was an order, not a request.
Both men looked at me with a myriad expression. Aiden looked amused, while Sr Reiner looked stupefied.
"Come on take it. Three more capsules are waiting." I commanded. He glared at me.
"How dare you command me, young lady?" He almost growled. Now I knew from where Aiden got that stubborn arrogant streak. It ran in the family.
"I will do whatever it entails for keeping you healthy Mr Reiner. You want to be around to play with your great grandkids, isn't it?" I asked.
His stare seemed to soften, " you are worse than Wendy!" He muttered through the smirk on his face conveyed he was just mocking.
"Mr Reiner, do you want me to push it down your throat?" I replied with a smile.
Aiden's sniggering distracted me, but I kept a straight face. After a brief exchange with me, the elderly gentleman quietly popped the pill into his mouth and sipped some water.
"That wasn't too difficult, was it? Only two more to go," I exclaimed cheerfully.
He glared at me once more, but a wrinkle of a smile appeared at the corner of his eyes.
"Thank you!" I said when he'd swallowed all of his tablets.
The nurse stepped out of the room, taking the glass and thimble from him.
" So where exactly did you find her?" He asked turning towards Aiden.
Aiden gave an amused smile. "You won't believe it, a coffee shop."
We sat with his grandfather for a while, talking about various topics until his eyes drooped and he went asleep soundly. As we walked out, Aiden said to me, "Thank you, you handled Grandpa nicely."
I gave him a kind smile.
"No one has ever tried to oppose him in his ninety years. It was fascinating to watch him give in to someone."
"I am not too surprised; you take after him." I shrugged.
"What do you mean?" He asked.
"I can see how he must have terrorized the doctors and the nurses here. He is obstinate and bossy just like you. Runs in the family I guess."
"So would you let me boss you around?" he asked with a smirk.
"That's what you have been doing all this while anyway," I muttered.
"Hey! when did I boss you around? I have been quite a merciful boss so far."
I rolled my eyes, " yeah whatever."
I was blinded by the camera flashes as we walked out of the hospital entrance, so I closed my eyes and felt pushed behind a massive body. Aiden had grabbed my arm and was protecting me with his body as the reporters pounced on me.
"I'm Reiner, is it true that your wife was arrested for possession of a controlled substance?" One reporter asked.
In disbelief, I stared at the reporter and then Aiden. Aiden had a murderous look on his face, and his temple pulse throbbed. He was enraged.
"It was a miscommunication; my wife has been cleared of all allegations. There will be no more inquiries." He gave a terse response.
He swiftly hurried me into the car, holding me by the waist.
