Chapter 22. Call from Violeta

Because every time Violeta invites Vega to go to their parents' home, Vega always gives the reason that she is busy. Yes, busy is the excuse that Vega always uses when she asks when she will go to their parents' home.
"Yes, I'm busy. You know, I'm a very busy doctor at Rege Hospital and Brazon Hospital. When two hospitals merge, they become the best hospital in the country," Vega lamented.
"Yes, I know." Violeta immediately rolled her eyes because she felt lazy hearing Vega's classic complaint.
"But, Vega, come on! You should meet your family soon." Violeta immediately invited Vega to meet her family.

"Just meet and stay in touch with your family!" Violeta answered curtly.
"Oh, Violeta! I have a lot of work at the hospital. Now, I work on campus as a professor too." Vega complained again.
"Hah? Did you decide to become a professor?" Violeta immediately glared. Then, she frowned because she did not expect her sister, Vega, will work as a professor.
"Yes. I become a professor." Vega repeated the sentence again.
"Working on campus? Why do you work on campus? Now, you become a professor too! Isn't that the job you avoided in the past?" Violeta knew that Vega avoided becoming a professor.
As a child, Violeta dreamed of becoming a professor, while Vega dreamed of becoming a doctor. Vega often mocked Violeta's dreams because, according to her, being a professor is difficult and she has to be patient in dealing with the various behaviors and traits possessed by students.

"So, when are you going to our parents' home?" Violeta asked about when Vega would go to their parents' home.

She would not allow Vega to go to her parents' house alone. Because she was very sure that Vega would definitely try to run away and would not come to their parents' home like last Christmas, Vega said that she would come to her parents' house. In fact, Vega didn't come to her parents' house. Instead, Vega went to Rege Hospital and Brazon Hospital to face an impromptu operation there.
