Erin had a great life in Spain for two months, she always had a good night's sleep, no worries, and no discomfort, but there was one person she really missed, and that was Nathan. People in the small hamlet were friendly to her, notably the owner of the house where she was living. Her heart's wound from the tragic past began to heal slowly over time.
Erin awoke to a gorgeous sunrise that caressed her face through the window of her small bedroom, then went up to prepare breakfast, stretched her arms and yawned, and walked down the small stairs gently.
She brews her coffee and toasts her bread, then sits down to eat it at the small wooden table. She smells her coffee while closing her eyes and relaxing her back in the chair.
She slowly opened her eyes and saw Nathan's face, she felt she was imagining things and just stared at him for minutes. She blinked her eyes twice and she realized that something was wrong. She merely stares with her eyes wide open, unable to close them, and her heart skips a beat, which she can even hear... She didn't even move a muscle. She was completely paralyzed at the time, unsure of what would happen next.
"N-Nathan…" When she had recovered from her surprise, she slowly mentioned Nahan's name.
"Surprise…" Nathan replied as he approached her, holding a bouquet in his hand.
Nathan and Erin met for the first time in two months; she thinks about him every day and night, and she appears crazier when he isn't by her side, but she manages to continue on with her life; she folds her arms around her chest and rises from her seat, then asks,
"What are you doing here?"
"Aren't you glad you saw me? You don't miss me? Perhaps you already have someone in your mind."Nathan said as he placed the bouquet on the table and walked closer to her. Erin stepped back, but Nathan grabbed her arm and pulled her closer to him.
"You seem to be in decent shape, you look as gorgeous as ever, I miss you terribly, my Erin and you know how I truly feel about you..." Nathan muttered something to her ear in hushed tones then His face moved closer to hers, and their lips were about to contact, but Erin suddenly jerked away.
and She stares at his face, and it's no surprise that her heart is racing once more since this man has the ability to make her feel like she's been turned on with him at all times.
"You sound like a sociopath, Nathan...calm down. Come on, have a seat, and let go of me..." She said as she pulled away from his grip.
"Damn it, Nathan...What brought you here?" she frowned and scratched her head in annoyance.
"I told you not to follow me since I'm in the middle of a healing process, but you're so stubborn."
"And then there's your childish attitude, but I think you're fine," Nathan said, and then showing his perfect smile at her, Erin just sighed and smiled secretly.
"However, I'm sorry, the owner of this modest home does not want me to allow any visitors...you may leave now," Erin muttered as she pushed Nathan out of the way of the doorway, her face etched with resolve to get Nathan out of the House.
"But, Erin!..." Nathan spoke in a harsh tone and his lips pursed.
"There are no buts here, Nathan, I'm just obeying the rules," Erin answered, her breathing heavily as she struggles to push Nathan away. This guy is a rock.
"No way...you're now following the rules? Come on, I'll pay her a million dollars if we ever break the rules..." then Nathan suddenly pins Erin on the door, their gaze met as they stare at each other fiercely.
"You are such an idiot, Nathan… it's not all about money!" Erin exclaimed and her face was red because of Nathan's stare at her.
"Damn it, don't stare at me like that…"
"Erin listens to me; we need to talk about our relationship... I'm here to take you home with me and I'd want you back so bad..."
"There was nothing about us, Nathan..." Erin muttered and her forehead puckered fighting with Nathan's cold stare.
Nathan already has a headache from not sleeping on the plane and skipping breakfast because he's so excited to see Erin.
And he isn't convinced that his relationship with Erin has ended. He wouldn't accept it, so he added to Erin's tension by pinning her to the door.
"Nathan, let go of me...I am glad that I see you today and I miss you so much, my dearest Nathan!" Erin said sarcastically, but the truth is she really meant it, her lips sealed, and Nathan made something that will make Erin gasp and without asking her permission he kissed her passionately while still pinning her to the door. This time, he wrapped both arms around Erin's petite frame and claimed her savory lips again.
What's on Erin's mind right now is whether or not she'll respond to Nathan's kiss; she misses him terribly and this kiss is driving her insane; nonetheless, he places his hand on the back of her head and gently stroking her soft hair, kissing her more and more, then pulls her into the house and locks the door.
Then a sudden knock stops them.
"Who the hell is that fucking moron..." Nathan cursed silently before turning her focus to Erin. When he saw the Rosy check on Erin's face, he put a wide smile on his face, indicating that Erin is still in love with him and that no one, not even the person who knocked on the door several times, can change that.
"Shut up, Nathan! Perhaps you should leave right now... I told you that visitors are not allowed in this residence where I was staying! You annoy me so much!"
Erin said then proceeded to the door to open whoever was knocking on the door.
"Romeo?"
