Desiree's POV
I arrived in to my mom and dad's house and they are happy to see me.
"Oh my god, you finally made it. We are so happy to see you today…" My mom said and take my bag with me and she give it to the maid.
"I miss you, mom." I said and hug her.
Alexander is still inside and he is talking to someone on his phone.
I don't know what's going on, but i know something is wrong.
"So you are with him? I know that guy is in love with you, I mean look at him, he is so perfect for you." My mom said and laughed.
"Mom, stop it, he can hear you…" I said and chuckles.
I saw my sister playing with my cat on the couch, "Well, well, well, your owner is here xander." She said and turned her head to look at me.
"Thank you for taking care of him," I said as I caressed my cat and sat next to her and put my cat on my lap.
"Yeah because I love him already, I am his second mother too." she said.
I smile at her, she sounds annoying but I am still grateful that she take care of my cat when I'm away and that really matters to me.
"So where is your boyfriend? Is he still inside his car talking with someone?" Patricia said and she rubbed her nose and sneezed in front of me.
"He is not my boyfriend, so can you please shut your mouth."
My mom arrived with a tray of food and a pure orange juice in the glasses.
"Here's the snack." My mom said happily.
"Oh gosh, mom. You want me to be fat and let me this eat this again?" Patricia complain, "This is not for you, Patricia, its for Alexander and Desiree." My mom respond to Patricia and I can't help but laugh. She sigh, "Oh I thought its for me." she blurt out laughing.
I feel so happy now that I am here with them and having some quality time with them is a treasure.
Then Alexander came in and he stare at me, "Hi, come sit here with me." I said as I tapped the couch, Patricia stood up, "Oh my god, I am hungry again, mom I am going to the fridge again…" she said as she sway her hips.
Alexander sit next to me and he kissed my cheek, I was shocked but I just act normal and I noticed my mom's sweet smile at Alexander.
"You really love my daughter, she is so lucky to have you." She said happily and give a cookies to Alexander.
Alexander don't say any word and just smile awkwardly,
He is not used of being paired by me, yeah I know.
"I baked that cookies, is it good?" My mom ask Alexander.
Alexander nod his ehad and smile. "Yes, its taste so good, Mrs. McCall."
I chuckles, "Good." I added.
"Okay, so your dad is still in the basement, he will be here soon. But I want to ask you a question, Desiree. This question is a serious question and I hope you are going to answer me with a serious answer." My mom explained.
I feel nervous and Alexander hold my hand to take it easy,
"Can you tell me where you've been for the previous week? Your flat is locked, and I just heard that your employer is in prison for sexually assaulting Evon; I'm glad you resigned, but I'm concerned about what happened to you."
I take a deep breath before I respond to her question, I am not going to tell the truth but I am going to make my mom feel better and not worry for me anymore, I don't want her to be stress.
"Mom, I'm alright; I was with Alexnader the whole time, and I apologize for not telling you."
"Yeah, she's with me the whole time, but she finally resigned and I am thinking of giving her another job again, maybe she needs to work in my company again or in one of my gallery studios, I know that she likes to paint so I will give her a chance." Alexander said and I can hear my mom sighed of relief when she heard that from Alexander.
"Oh really? My daughter likes to paint, she likes to draw, that work will be a perfect for her since she graduated from that course." My mom said and cross her legs while enjoying the conversation with Alexander.
Then my dad knock the door so that we can have our attention to him, "Guess what? I just hit the 99 percent of sell, and the company is growing! Thanks to Alexander for helping me, thank you Mister Roberts for this big opportunity, you are one of the reason…" My dad said and shake hands with Alexander enthusiastically.
"No problem Mister Mccall. I am happy to help and be part pf your growing company." Alexander said and his hand caressed my waist. I gasped and smile at him.
The fact that he makes my parents proud and happy, I am more inlove to him, he is really charming. He charm all the family.
"Mom!" Patricia yelled as she ran down stairs and My dad yelled at her, "Calm down, Patricia! What is happening?!"
My mom heard that, "Yes Patricia? What is it?"
Patricia freaked out while holding a white thing on her hand, I don't know what is it but it look so familiar,
"Is that a pregancy test?" I stood up and stare at her hand.
She nod her head and began to sobbed.
"I think I'm pregnant…" she cried and shaking in shocked.
My mom walked towards her and grabbed her for a hug, My father's face is not even happy at all.
"Then who is the father?!"
"It's Miguel Donovan…"
"Donovan?!" Alexander exclaimed in shocked.
I lifted and eyebrow at him. "And who the f*ck is Donovan?!" I ask them.
