Chapter 200 Add a Pair of Eyes in Postproduction

Chapter 200 Add a Pair of Eyes in Postproduction
The Ghost was an original interactive reality show by Black Grape that fought superstition and advocated science.
The Crocan policy didn't allow the existence of feudal superstition.
So, any program that covered ghosts or monsters would not be approved by the General Administration of Television.
The Ghost was indifferent although ghosts were covered in the stories.
In fact, it reflected deeper social issues!
The main theme of the show was science education, and its core was positive!
Black Grape attached great importance to the program and invested considerable money.
That was why the chief director felt no pressure when he spent a fortune on setting up the scene of Hell.
This was a trailer featured by six guests rather than the opening of the show.
The trailer was simple. The guests went through hell one by one.
The backstage staff was mobilized.
They spent a lot of effort to get hold of Ebony.
The moribund staff member was rescued.
He was scared out of his wits.
And so were the other staff members.
The chief director glared at Ebony and shouted barked, "Have you lost your mind? You almost strangled him!"
The horror sound effects and lights of Hell had been turned off. Incandescent lights were turned on.
The site was brightly lit, and people in normal clothes were seen standing around her.
Ebony was finally relieved.
The chief director stared at Ebony and yelled, "Do you want to continue or not?"
Ebony's mouth twitched, and she said bitterly, "I want to make a phone call."
The chief director frowned and said irritably, "Go ahead but make it quick!"
Ebony took out her phone, went to the corner, and called Dolores.
No one answered.
She called again.
Same result.
Ebony remembered Dolores' big smile when she mentioned the show.
She also remembered Dolores' gloating look when the latter told her the amount of penalty for breach of contract was five million dollars.
Ebony was stunned.
She thought that she had been tricked.
Dolores wouldn't answer the phone.
Five minutes later, the director urged her to go back.
Without a choice, Ebony put away her phone, reluctantly went over, and said helplessly, "I'm ready."
The chief director glanced at her and asked, "Are you sure?"
Despite her desperation, she nodded and replied, "Yeah."
The chief director held the intercom and shouted, "All departments get ready. Turn on the lights and music."
15 minutes later, Ebony stood in the gruesome Hell once again.
In the backstage monitor, the director nodded with satisfaction as he watched the slim figure go forward.
"Not bad, move faster."
As soon as the chief director finished his words, the cameraman manipulated the infrared rocker camera to switch the scene.
The camera wandered from the back of the calmly trotting woman to the front.
Ebony's face appeared on the screen.
The site fell into silence.
A staff member rubbed his eyes hard as he thought he had a hallucination. After quite a while, he asked in a trance, "Did I see it wrong? She is walking with her eyes closed?"

After a moment of silence, the chief director said slowly, "Yep, she is..."
Her entire body was taut and her face was expressionless as she scampered to the end of the road.
The assistant director frowned with dissatisfaction. "She has to do it again. At the very least, she should keep her eyes open."
The chief director thought of the staff member who played the rotten-faced ghost. He was sitting backstage, still suffering from the aftershock.
He told the assistant director, "Yeah, go and tell her."
The assistant director was dumbfounded.
Her face instantly fell. After a while, she said in a serious tone, "It will be a waste of the budget to refilm it. I think this is pretty good. I'll tell the postproduction team to add a pair of eyes for her!"
The chief director was speechless.
The filming was finally finished.
Once out of the scene and back in the lounge, Ebony was bathed in sweat.
She pulled out a piece of tissue and sat down on the sofa in the opposite direction. The plethora of hideous ghosts was still haunting her.
It was terrifying!
The lounge was quiet, and the lights overhead were whitish.
Ebony was scared.
Her spine started to shake again.
She told herself not to think about it anymore.
To distract herself, she took out her phone and intended to send a WhatsApp message to accuse Dolores.
As soon as she entered the interface, the red icon of 99+ was seen in the upper right corner of the chatting group.
Ebony entered the group and found everyone talking about Rita.
The verdict of the lawsuit had come out. Bulllife Media and Vernon lost. They were required to apologize to Rita in public and compensate her for all the losses.
Ebony checked out the comments and planned to type out her congratulations.
All of a sudden, the door was pushed open.
Ebony immediately raised her head, looked over, and met the eyes of a woman outside.
One minute later, Ebony and Sarina sat on each side of the sofa.
Neither of them talked.
After a while, Sarina couldn't help but break the silence. "Are you also a guest on the show?"
Ebony replied, "None of your business."
Sarina was astounded.
She shouldn't have asked.
A few minutes later, the door opened again.
A young man came in.
At the sight of the pretty man, Sarina stood up almost immediately. Covering her mouth, she exclaimed in surprise, "Moses!"
Moses?
Ebony also looked up.
She looked ahead and saw the handsome man coming in with a smile.
Moses' eyes lit up the moment he saw his aunt.
He greeted the other two girls in the room before sitting down next to Ebony. "Miss Gibson, we meet again," he said with a smile.
Ebony furrowed her brows, glanced at Moses coolly, and responded in a cold voice, "I'm not blind. You don't have to remind me of that."
Moses was speechless.
Sarina suddenly grinned. Ebony was not making it personal, and she somehow felt relieved and even a little happy.
'What is going on?'
Moses was confused, unsure of the situation. Why did his aunt give him such an attitude?
Ebony pulled a long face.
The presence of Moses annoyed her.
That was because she remembered that Moses' aunt used to be Lloyd's fiancée.
Heh.
