Chapter 95 Get Ebony's Blood
The night suddenly became longer.
Ebony took care of the bonfire carefully.
The corners of her eyes glanced at Lloyd beside her from time to time.
Since she had told him the truth just now, Lloyd's expression was
serious.
Ebony was very uneasy. She touched Lloyd's shoulder cautiously and asked trying to please him, "Would you like some night snacks?"
Lloyd's face looked cold and he didn't reply.
Ebony went to the tent and took out the food box which contained unfinished roasted mushrooms and worms.
She opened the lid, picked up the fattest worm with chopsticks, and fed it to Lloyd, "Ah."
Lloyd didn't open his mouth.
He glanced at her and sighed heavily. He was not that hardhearted. And then, he opened his mouth and ate the worm.
Lloyd only ate two worms. He then raised his hand to cover the box.
Ebony asked, "Are you full?"
Lloyd put the box aside and said calmly, "Save supplies for you."
Ebony immediately said, "Others can't eat too much but you are exceptional. You can eat as much as you want!"
Lloyd looked at her and said, "Why?"
Ebony said, "You are different."
Lloyd sneered, "Why different? Because you wanted to abandon me and now you are compensating?"
Ebony immediately said, "Of course not. That's not the who I am. I care about you because..."
After saying that, Ebony suddenly stopped.
Lloyd looked at her, "Why?"
Ebony shook her head.
Lloyd frowned, "Tell me."
Ebony bit her lip slightly and said cautiously, "But you won't be angry with me if I tell you."
Lloyd didn't say anything and he suddenly didn't want to know it.
The bullet screen comments were flooding the screen.

Lloyd finally decided to trust Ebony one more time, so he said calmly, "I won't be angry. Tell me."
Ebony was not worried anymore since he had said it.
She then said directly, "Because you are one of the vulnerable groups. If I take good care of you, it may help me to get extra marks when I retake the examination of a military academy next year."
Lloyd got nothing to say.
Some of the audience were also speechless.

- - [ But why didn't she pass the exam last time? You were admitted there because you insulted and beat the staff of the admission office? ]

- - [ ... Think about it carefully. It could be. ]
Lloyd lowered his head and pressed his eyebrows. Suddenly, he felt a pain in his head.
Ebony immediately said, "You said you wouldn't be angry."
Lloyd looked at her helplessly, "I'm not angry."
Ebony felt that Lloyd was good-tempered. She then took the food box again, opened its lid, and said in a complaisant manner, "Have more."
The next morning, when Jeremy got up to wash, he saw two people sitting next to the fire that had been out.
From their backs, they were a man and a woman.
He thought they were Tristan and Kelly without thinking much about it.
But when he walked in front of them, he was scared to death for what he had seen.
They were Ebony and Lloyd!
Moreover, Ebony closed her eyes tightly with her head tilted leaning on Llyod's shoulder. She was soundly asleep.
Jeremy nearly cried out!
At this time, Lloyd suddenly opened his eyes.
Jeremy instantly met Lloyd's domineering and dark eyes. He almost forgot to breathe.
Lloyd glanced at Jeremy.
He then looked at Ebony who was not sleeping soundly on his shoulder. He raised his right hand and made a gesture to Jeremy asking him not to speak.
Jeremy immediately covered his mouth to prevent himself from making any sound.
"Huh?" Ebony was a light sleeper. She heard the sound and opened her eyes.
She got up and rubbed her neck.
Lloyd looked at her and asked, "Are you feeling not well?"
Ebony said, "No."
She yawned and saw Jeremy standing across from her in fright. She asked in confusion, "What are you doing?"
Jeremy was about to speak, but he suddenly met Lloyd's indifferent gaze. He immediately shook his head, "Nothing."
Ebony didn't take it seriously and turned around to ask Lloyd, "When did I fall asleep?"
Lloyd  said, "I don't know."
Ebony said oh to him. She then stood up and shouted to the tent,  "Time to get up."
Seeing that both of them take it for granted, Jeremy wondered if he was making a fuss about it.
Everyone got up and they continued to set off after breakfast.
Unexpectedly, they were fortunate enough that they saw the legendary round pool after walking for less than half an hour.
Everybody was very happy.
"The risk is gonna end," Tristan said with a sigh. He was a little reluctant to finish it because the risky trip, trying to survive in a dangerous environment, was quite interesting.
Kelly suddenly pulled her brother.
Tristan looked at his sister and asked, "What's wrong?"
Kelly pulled Tristan aside and whispered, "We haven't got aunt's blood yet!"
Tristan was stunned and then he remembered it.
He asked, "What should we do?"
Kelly said, "We took so many ribbons before, and we climbed the mountain and went to the sea. But Ebony didn't even break a fingernail. I don't think we can complete the task..."
"What are you doing? Keep going," there suddenly came Ebony's voice in front of them.
Kelly and Tristan stopped talking about it and they hurried to follow her.
They continued on their way.
According to the location given by the information, they walked through the plantain forest and walked further, and finally, they saw a snake cave shaped like a tree hole.
"Hiss." Before they got close to it, a black piebald python which was as thick as an adult's arm was roaring at them. Its upper body was upright on a big tree next to them.
Tristan and Warren walked to the front. They were vigilantly blocking the people behind them.
Warren said, "A python has..."
Before he finished speaking, he saw a slender and flexible figure standing out.
It was Ebony again.
Warren shouted, "It's poisonous!"
At this time, Ebony had already reached under the tree. She was approaching the python.
The python opened its mouth and attacked Ebony's face quickly!
Ebony tilted her head to prevent herself from being bit. When the python flew over her shoulder, she pinched its heart with one of her hands and rapidly grabbed its head with the other one. 
The teeth inside the python's mouth were extremely sharp.
Ebony put her hands together and pinched the python. She then twisted it and pricked it on the tree. She tied it into the shape of a bow tie.
Warren was shocked.
Others were stunned.
After that, Ebony clapped her hands to whisk ashes on them. She then directly walked to the snake cave which was shaped like a tree hole. She took a look inside and took out a map.
She directly threw the map to Lloyd without looking at it.
Lloyd took the map. He looked at Ebony who was safe, sound, and fearless. And then, he unfolded the map.
The marks on the map were very complicated.
After looking at it for a while, Lloyd raised his head and said, "The exit is around here."
Kelly was thinking, 'The exit is around here. That is to say, we don't have time.'
Kelly had no time to think about it.
She continued, 'The python couldn't injure Ebony. And there's only one way to do it.'
Kelly gritted her teeth and stomped her foot. She then held a knife to rush toward Ebony. 
Tristan was startled!
He was thinking, 'Even if we want to get Ebony's blood but we can't hurt her.'
Kelly rushed to Ebony, raised the folding knife, and said loudly, "Auntie, would you like to make a blood oath with me and become 
sworn aunt and niece? From now on, we'll share happiness and sorrows with each other. Although we weren't born on the same day, we will die on the same day!"
Tristan was dumbfounded.
Ebony was greatly astonished.
Ebony stared at Kelly with stunned eyes.
At this moment, Lloyd suddenly came over. He stood in front of Ebony and took Kelly's folding knife in her hand coldly.
He then said unhappily, "She won't do it."
