Chapter 113 A Familiar Feeling
Seeing this, Mu Nuanxin quickly climbed out of bed, not daring to dress him anymore, taking the quilt and covering him indiscriminately.
His face was covered in blood, and it scared her. Without thinking, she immediately poured some hot water from the thermos to wet the towel in the washbasin she took from under the bed, and she wiped his face.
She was surprised when she finally saw his face clearly after the last dab on his face. She didn't expect this man to be so good-looking.
His chiselled jawline sculptured his striking appearance, his high nose bridge, his relaxed dark eyebrows, and his slightly pale lips, all combining into a carefully depicted face with exquisite features.
What a handsome man!
He exhibited an aristocratic aura.
Mu Nuanxin changed her blood-stained clothes after cleaning up the man. Her body temperature was high, a sign of fever. She took out the medicine from her bag and gulped it. After rummaging in the bag for some antibiotics, she shoved the tablets into the man's mouth. 
The only thing she could do now was to pray that he would wake up and leave soon since she didn't want to cause any trouble for herself.
She turned off the light and sat by the bed. Perhaps it was due to the medication effect, she fell asleep quickly.
When Lou Qi woke up, the sky was already bright, and his taste buds were triggered by waves of bitterness. He opened his eyes abruptly, raised his gun almost like a conditioned reflex, and aimed at the girl who sat sleeping beside the bed.
Mu Nuanxin was awakened by him. When she opened her eyes and the dark muzzle was the first thing that came into her sight, her heart tightened instantly. But she kept her mouth shut from resisting or screaming because she knew that once she moved a single inch, he would shoot her without any hesitation. Her only hope now was that the man remembered it was her who saved him yesterday.
The rainstorm had stopped for a while now, and it was extremely quiet in the house. Only their breathing could be heard, and a dim light beamed through the glass panel above the door.
Maybe he recognized that Mu Nuanxin was the girl who saved him last night, so he lowered the gun.
"What did you feed me?" He frowned, loathing the bitter taste in his mouth.
"Antibiotics, it's for your wound." Mu Nuanxin replied faintly.
"Thank you!" He finally loosen up, leaning back against the wall, and began to observe the girl in front of him who had been keeping her composure.
Under such circumstances, to be so alert and calm was not something an ordinary person could do.
She was wearing a large, oversized cotton T-shirt and a pair of cropped leggings. The T-shirt looked surprisingly big on her because she was too thin. Her jet-black hair scattered on her shoulders, and her pair of crystal clear, black eyes were staring at him nakedly. Lou Qi had never seen such pure and beautiful black eyes, which were clearer than the spring water in the mountains, and brighter than the stars in the sky.
Those eyes could strike the softest point of anyone's heart.
But for some reason, this girl gave him a familiar feeling, and his mind was running fast, but he couldn't recognize her.
"Are you hungry? Would you like something to eat?" She didn't know what was going on, but she was indeed a little nervous when he stared at her with his brown eyes.
"Okay!" Lou Qi nodded, he was injured now, and he had to replenish his physical strength to wait for his subordinates to rescue him.
Mu Nuanxin got out of bed immediately and picked up the bag of instant noodles that was on the ground, and said a little embarrassedly, "I'm sorry, but I only have instant noodles here, is that fine for you?"
"Thank you." Lou Qi nodded, this is more than better for him since he's not a pampered 'young master'. He even ate tree bark during his hardest times. 
Mu Nuanxin stopped talking. She knew that someone who has had this kind of experience must not be an ordinary person, so it's better not to provoke him.
She took her lunch box and soaked a bowl of noodles as fast as she could, and put it on the bedside table.
After the noodles were soaked thoroughly, Mu Nuanxin then opened the lunch box, stirred them with chopsticks, and then she gave him the lunch box.
"Aren't you going to eat?" Lou Qi asked plainly.
"There's only one lunch box, you have it first, I'll eat it later." Mu Nuanxin gave him a gentle smile. She then turned around and started cleaning up.
Lou Qi held the steaming lunch box in his hands and looked at the busy slender figure on the floor. His cold heart was suddenly filled with some warmth.
He picked up his chopsticks and began to eat the noodles. He ate slowly and gracefully. His stomach was filled with the warm soup, driving him away from the cold. Lou Qi just thought that this was the best meal he had ever eaten. 
After finishing the last sip of the soup, he handed the lunch box to her.
Mu Nuanxin looked at him and asked, "Wanna have some more?"
"No, you should eat now!" Lou Qi shook his head, a person like him could just recover his strength by eating only a small amount.
Mu Nuanxin had her noodles, and then she made another bowl for Lou Qi again.
Lou Qi stared at the steaming hot bowl of noodles, and his heart was filled with warm ripples. He didn't expect this girl to be so considerate and kind.
"Thank you, and by the way, my name is Lou Qi, what's yours?" He took the bowl and it was the first time for him to have such interest in a stranger.
"Mu Nuanxin!" She answered while taking out her clothes.
"Nuanxin, what a good name!" When Lou Qi said this, his tone suddenly became a little sentimental, which made Mu Nuanxin stop slightly.
Lou Qi, Qi which meant forsaking. Does that mean that he wasn't welcomed by people and someone wanted to abandon him?
Her heart suddenly tingled with pain for a second.
She couldn't imagine how ruthless the parents could be to treat their children like this.
"Aren't you afraid that I'm a bad guy?" Lou Qi asked curiously, staring at the girl who had been calm the whole time.
"Of course I am! But there's no use being scared though. You're the one who broke into my place and if something happens to you, I won't be safe either-- in short, we're both on the same boat now." Mu Nuanxin answered, all natural and poised. What she did yesterday was completely self-defence.
Lou Qi didn't expect her to be so frank, a hint of approval dashed through his eyes.
"I'll have to change my clothes now!" Mu Nuanxin glanced at him awkwardly, and her eyes betrayed her with a trace of embarrassment.
Lou Qi's handsome face blushed slightly and he immediately turned his back to her, firmly assuring her, "Don't worry, I won't peep at you."
The blush on his face became more obvious after the rustling noise behind him had been going on for a while. This was the first time he had had such intimate contact with a girl since he grew up.
Although he was 28 years old this year, he followed a strict routine every day, and he is not interested in the girls around him. Even people close to him always misunderstood him as gay, and he didn't bother to explain.
"I'm done!" Mu Nuanxin's voice rang behind him.
Lou Qi turned around, looked at the plainly dressed girl in front of him, and asked a little embarrassedly, "Do you have any men's clothes here?"
