Chapter 6 Milana Could Understand the Language of Animals
Jayson didn't answer it and still frowned at Milana.
"Alright, let me take it off!"
He was too slow, and she couldn't bear it. So she started to unbutton his shirt.
But suddenly, her hand was held by him when she just undid the first one.
He asked her in a deep voice, "Milana, do you know what will happen if you take off clothes for a man?"
Jayson longed for her, but he would never force her to do it.
Milana thought about it for a moment while undoing the obsidian buttons.
"Probably... just... crying and begging... um... and then I can't get out of bed!"
Jayson grabbed her hand. "Mila!"
She teased him. What did she want to do?
Milana looked up. "So, are you taking it off, or do you want me to do it?"
Taking away her hand, he opened the door and pushed her out.
"I can do it!"
Then he slammed the door.
He leaned against the bathroom, gasping for breath.
Mila, don't test me.
I would be carried away.
Milana changed her clothes and went to the kitchen downstairs.
Jayson stood there for three days, except for the rain, he didn't eat anything.
She was going to cook noodles for him.
Reese looked at Milana vigilantly. "Miss Gates, what would you like to eat? I can do it."
Milana said, "I'll cook noodles for Jay."
Reese was even more vigilant when hearing that. "Let me do it. You can have a rest."
Reese knew Milana couldn't cook.
She also worried that Milana would poison Jayson.
Milana looked at her. "No, I'll cook it for him myself."
"But..."
Milana looked at her coldly. "Go upstairs and pack up my stuff."
Reese was scared of her expression. She then went upstairs.
Milana was cooking ginger soup in the kitchen.
She took some eggs from the refrigerator.
"Eggs are delicious. I'd like to eat them."
"Are you stupid? Only flies love eggs. We are mosquitoes. We suck blood."
"Her blood is delicious. Go and get it?"
Milana heard a different sound again when breaking the eggs.
She looked around but nobody was there in the kitchen.
And then, she saw two mosquitoes outside the window.
"Ah, ah, she spotted us. Run!"
"She's going to kill mosquitoes again. Help! Help!"
She saw the two mosquitoes flying away by flapping their wings.
She couldn't believe it and kept her eyes wider.
She could hear what those mosquitoes were talking about?
"You, come here."
The two mosquitoes were buzzing around.
"Is she talking to us?"
"Is she an idiot? She's talking to mosquitoes and asking us to go to her. Is she killing us?"
Milana was more sure when she heard the subtle sound coming from the mosquitoes.
"Be quick, or I'll fetch a mosquito swatter."
The two mosquitoes buzzed and flew to her.
"Are you talking to us?"
"We are mosquitoes, another species different from human beings. How do you communicate with us?"
"Aren't you crazy?"
Looking at the mosquitoes around her, she realized that she really hear them.
Besides, she was sure that she heard the same sound when she woke up this morning.
Milana raised her hand and killed the mosquitoes as they were buzzing.
No more sound and it became quiet again.
When stirring eggs, she was confused whether she could only understand the language of mosquitoes or that of other animals.
