Emily sat quietly at her doorstep, the look on her face was that of sadness and pain, she still couldn't get over the thought that something bad had happened to Gwen. 

A yellow Lamborghini pulled up in front of her house, first, two unknown people stepped out, and she frowned, wondering who they were, she stood up and was about going inside when the back door opened, and she gasps in shock at the sight of the one person she thought she would never see again.

“Gwen?”. She whispered in tears. 

“No, this can't be, I'm dreaming right now, Gwen?”.

“Emmy”. Gwen said, running to meet Emily who was already running towards her, they both met half way and Emily engulfed Gwen in a tight hug. 

The two ladies hugged each other, crying seriously, while Lily and Grace both had loving smiles on their faces.

“Please, make yourselves comfortable”. Emily said to Grace and Lily, still holding Gwen's hand tightly, it was like she would disappear again if she let her go. 

“Thanks”. They both replied, taking a seat while Emily and Gwen stood.

“Is there anything you would like to drink”.

“Nah, we're good”. Lily declined politely.

“Alright, hope you wouldn't mind excusing us”.

“Of course, take your time”. Lily said and Emily immediately dragged Gwen upstairs to her bedroom.

“Gwen”. Emily said, staring at Gwen in shock. 

“Emmy, I'm so sorry, I've missed you so much”. Gwen replied, hugging her briefly once more. 

“Come, let's sit”. Emily said, pulling Gwen.

They both sat on her bed. 

“What happened to you Gwen, there's a big change in you, and you look so.....alive”.

“Ha, I haven't changed, I'm still the same old Gwen”.

“No, Gwen, look at you, I almost couldn't recognize you at first”. She said, as her eyes inspected Gwen from head to toe.

“Stop it Emmy”. Gwen laughed. 

“I thought you were”. She trailed.

“Dead”. Gwen replied sadly.

“Gwen, I didn't know you were alive, I went to your house and I saw your mother's dead body, I couldn't see you anywhere, I didn't know what to think or do”. She sniffed. 

“I'm so sorry Emmy, I should have come sooner, I'm so sorry for making you worry”. She replied, wiping off the tears in Emily's eyes.

“It's alright Gwen, what happened?, I don't understand, who could have done such a thing”.

“Hmm… It's a long story, Emmy, but don't freak out, I'm going to tell you everything”. Gwen said, taking Emily's hand in hers. 

“Hmm, it's alright Gwen, just explain everything to me, I need to know what happened, who did that?”.

“Alright, Em, I'll tell you everything”.

“Arrrr”. Emily screamed in shock when Gwen was done explaining everything to her. 

Immediately, Lily and Grace barged in, fangs and claws brought out, their eyes were glowing amber gold, they had thought something bad had happened due to Emily's scream. 

Emily's jaw dropped, and her eyes widened with a great shock. She looked at Gwen, then at Lily and Grace before passing out on the bed, due to shock. 

“Oops”. Gwen said.

“Lily, Grace, what the hell was that for?”. She said, glaring at them. 

“Don't blame us, we heard her scream and thought something must have happened”. Lily shrugged. 

“Great, now something has definitely happened, you made her pass out, shit”. Gwen replied, staring at an unconscious Emily.

“Don't worry, she'll be fine”. Grace said, and Gwen glared at them once more before putting Emily in a better position. 

“Easy for you to say”. She said. 

“Seriously, she'll be fine, and we'll stay here, just in case”. Grace said. 

“Stay here? “.

“Yes, in her room, with you”. Lily said. 

“Whatever, I just hope her mother doesn't return soon, or we'll have a difficult time explaining why her daughter is unconscious”.

“Was she really that scared, man, it's cool”. Grace laughed. 

“Grace”. Gwen snapped. 

“Sorry”.

Emily has been unconscious for half an hour and Gwen didn't know what to do, she let out a frustrated sigh when she felt Emily stir.

Gwen smiled as she noticed Emily was opening her eyes, Emily woke up, confusion written all over her face, she looked at Gwen, then she smiled. 

“Gwen, I think I had a bad dream”. She said, trying to get up. 

“Err… Emmy?”.

“I thought I saw two ladies with fangs, claws and glowing gold eyes, and you told me about werewolves”. She laughed. 

Emily noticed Gwen was looking somewhere else, she followed her gaze, she saw Lily and Grace seated comfortably on the little cushion in her bedroom, she blinked her eyes rapidly at them before passing out again, for the second time. 

“Arr”. Gwen said as she ruffled her hair. 

“Ok, this is so funny”. Grace said as she and Lily burst into laughter. 

“It's not funny, you two”. Gwen said. 

“You think, then why does she keep on passing out”. Lily said as they continued laughing. 

“Ok that's enough you too, you're not helping at all”.

“Sorry Gwen, but I guess we'll have to wait for another half an hour before she wakes up”. Grace said. 

True to grace words, they did wait for another half an hour before Emily woke up. 

Emily woke and quickly sat up straight, her gaze went to Lily and Grace, before she could pass out for the third time, Gwen gave her a light slap on her cheek.

“Get yourself together, Emmy and stop passing out!”. Gwen yelled, grabbing both of Emily's arms and shaking her vigorously, that seemed to work as Emily sobered up immediately.

“I can't believe this, Gwen, werewolves really exist”. She said, staring at Lily and Grace in awe. 

“And two are right in front of me”.

"Hey, didn't get to introduce ourselves the first time, you were too busy with Gwen''. Grace laughed. 

“So I'm Grace and this is Lily”.

“Wow''. Was all Emily could say as she stared at them in amazement. 

“This is super cool”. Emily squealed. 

“I seriously can't believe this Gwen, you've been living among werewolves, what about the rest and the one you call Lance?.’’

“Oh wait, don't tell me, he must be in the pack alongside his other wolves”. She laughed. 

“Ok, Emmy, you're crazy”. Gwen said. 

“Maybe I am”. Emily replied, jumping off the bed, she ran to meet Grace and Lily, she began inspecting them like a police officer.

“Can't believe these fingers can actually turn to sharp claws”. She said, inspecting Lily's fingers, and Gwen could do nothing but laugh at her behavior. 

“Ok, Emily, that's enough”. Lily said, withdrawing her hand from Emily. 

“And Gwen, we have to leave now”. Grace said. 

“What?, Now?”. Emily said sadly. 

“Emmy, don't worry, you can visit me at the pack next time, I'll come pick you up”. Gwen said, getting up from the bed. 

“Really”. Emily squealed. 

“Yes Emmy, really”. Gwen replied, then she hugged her. 

“Gwen, I'm really going to miss you”. Emily said, almost in tears. 

“I'm going to miss you more, Emmy”. Gwen replied and they both hugged each other tightly before letting go. 

“Lily, Grace “. Emily called. 

“Yes Emily”. They both replied. 

“Thank you guys so much for taking care of Gwen”. She said, facing them.

“Yea, but the bigger credit goes to the alpha”. Lily said, and Emily turned to give Gwen a mischievous smirk. 

“Emmy, cut it out, you silly girl”. Gwen blushed, causing the other trio to laugh.

The ladies were chattering happily as they came downstairs, and suddenly, the door opened and Emily's mother walked in, looking tired. 

“Emily, dear, I saw”. She trailed, when she saw Emily with three ladies. 

Her eyes moved to Gwen, and she gasped in shock, she blinked her eyes rapidly, then she used the back of her palms to rub her eyes, she couldn't believe what she was seeing. 

''Gwen?”. She whispered before passing out on the floor. 

“Mother”. Emily yelled, running to meet her mother. 

“Oh, damn it, this seriously can't be happening”. Gwen facepalmed herself before hurrying to meet Emily. 

“Lily, Grace, a little help here please”. She said. 

“Of course”. Lily said, she went to meet them, then she picked up Emily's mom. 

“Where is her room, Emily?”. She said.

“This way”. Emily said, ushering them upstairs to her mother's bedroom.

“Don't worry Emmy, she'll be fine, guess she was shocked”. Gwen said.

They were outside, Lily and Grace were waiting for her In the car. 

“I know Gwen, what do I even tell her, clearly I can't tell her all what you told me, she'll freak out”. Emily replied worriedly. 

“I know, maybe I was kidnapped and got saved”. Gwen shrugged. 

“Really”. Emily replied with a bored look. 

“I don't know, I'm sure you'll figure something out yourself, and besides, you're the one who has got a lying talent”. Gwen smirked. 

“Shut up Gwen”. Emily said, and they both laughed.

“I'm truly going to miss you”. Emily muttered sadly. 

“I'll miss you too, Emmy”. Gwen replied, embracing her briefly. 

“I'll see you again?”. Emily said. 

“Of course Emmy”. Gwen said, as she walked to the car, she turned to look at Emily once more.

 She felt like crying, but not in front of Emmy, or else they might start a crying competition, she waved at her, then she got in and Lily drove off.

Emily watched the car leave, she finally let the tears she has been holding back flow freely. 

“We'll meet again, Gwen”. She whispered in tears, as she clutched her heart tightly.
